What information does Minotic obtain and how is it used?

Focus Sessions & App Data

Minotic does not require or provide an option to create an account. Therefore, we do not store or have access to your focus session data. All your usage data is stored only locally on your device. You can optionally synchronize your data to Apple iCloud, which is private and encrypted. We do not have access to your iCloud backups—only you can access and manage them.

We recommend that users back up their data regularly. You may export data manually or use iCloud automatic backup. Again, your data is stored in your private cloud space and never transmitted to our servers.

Support Contact

We obtain your email address only if you contact us via email for support. We will only use your email to communicate support responses or important information related to your inquiry. We will never use your email for marketing or any unrelated purpose.

iOS iCloud Backups

iOS users can optionally back up their data through Apple’s iCloud service. These backups are securely stored in your own iCloud free space.

Apple encrypts your data in transit and at rest. With end-to-end encryption, only you can decrypt and access your backup data from devices logged in with your Apple ID. Learn more about iCloud privacy at:

Analytics

Minotic may collect anonymized usage statistics, such as session starts, settings changes, screen visits, and in-app purchase events. This helps us improve the app, fix bugs, and understand general user behavior.

• Are fully anonymized and aggregated
• Do not contain any personal or identifying information
• Are never linked to any specific user

We may also collect crash logs and performance metrics to identify issues and improve app stability.

Our Use of Your Personal Data

Minotic does not collect or store any personal data except for:

• Your email address (only if you reach out to us via email)
• Anonymized usage statistics

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

Security of the Data

We are committed to keeping your data secure. Minotic follows industry best practices to ensure your data stays safe and private. However, no system is 100% secure, so we always recommend:

• Using Apple’s iCloud service for encrypted backups
• Keeping your device protected with a secure passcode

Children

Minotic is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
