Terms of Use

This Terms of Use (“Terms”) governs your use of the Minotic mobile application (“App”), provided by ccapton chen (陈尉斌) (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Minotic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Minotic solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store’s usage rules.

2. Data & Privacy

• Minotic does not require an account or store any data on our servers.
• Your data is stored only on your device, or optionally synced via Apple iCloud under your Apple ID.
• We cannot access, read, or delete any of your focus session data.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Minotic may offer optional paid features via in-app purchases (“IAP”) or subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage your subscription or request refunds through your Apple account settings. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the App in any way;
• Distribute or resell the App to others;
• Use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized manner;
• Interfere with or disable features related to security or usage limitations.

5. Intellectual Property

Minotic and its content (including logos, UI design, and copy) are the intellectual property of ccapton chen (陈尉斌). All rights are reserved. You may not use our name, branding, or visuals without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the App will be error-free or compatible with all devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ccapton chen (陈尉斌) will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Minotic, including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, or usage interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
